Calendar - Event View

We are pleased to announce that we have two dates for 12 members per date to step into the Amor Healing Kitchen and help prepare meals for their clients. As many of you know Amor was the recipient of the proceeds from our Fashion Show and provides home made plant based meals to clients in our community with a health crisis. Meals are prepared by adult and teen chefs! If you cannot make this date the second date is October 21st and is also posted. Please sign up early as we expect this activity to be very popular.

Below are the details:
• All volunteers must sign a waiver that will be shared via email by September 9th.
• The kitchen is located at 2 Magnolia Road, 29407 (the old Kaminskys Cafe).
• There are 5 dedicated parking spots out front.
• If our spots are filled, you will need to park in a public lot behind Mellow Mushroom off Tall Oak Drive or on the street. Please allow enough time to get there and find parking.
• Please DO NOT park in the Laundromat spots.
• Bring a water bottle & remember to take it home.
• Everyone must wear a bandanna, hat or headband (this is a state law) and pull back long hair.
• No jewelry.
• Wear closed toed shoes.
